Work-From-Home Rules, Regulations and Guidance
1. Work Location and Hours:
- Home and Core Hours 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
2. Responsibilities:
- Making outbound telemarketing calls to generate leads.
- Researching and sourcing data relevant to the company’s needs.
- Maintaining regular reports and clear, consistent communication with colleagues and
manager.
3. Equipment and Resources:
- The employee responsible for getting all essential equipment and software needed for
their work, such as a smartphone, computer, internet connection and secure access to
company systems - Setting up a dedicated workspace in their home that is free from distractions and
conducive to productivity.
4. Data Security and Confidentiality:
- Employee agrees to comply with all company data security policies and procedures.
- Employee will not share confidential company information with unauthorized individuals.
5. Communication and Performance:
- The employee will be available for communication via WhatsApp, phone, email and
online collaboration tools during core hours.
6. Termination:
- The employee may be terminated immediately for cause, such as violation of company policies, poor performance, or misconduct.
